Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a method of past life regression that accesses the subconscious and makes it possible to heal a variety of issues on many levels. I started training in QHHT a year ago and am now a level 2 practitioner. Appointments are available in-person only. ​​

Guided Relaxations are a great way to relax, reduce stress, and make lasting changes in your life. They use imagery and metaphors to communicate with the subconscious. Sessions are available in-person or virtually.

When doing trance or hypnosis work I will guide you into a level of consciousness that is deeply focused. At this level the conscious mind is asleep or steps aside so that direct work can be done with your subconscious mind. This creates a safe space in order to work through issues from the past, present, or future. Working in this way allows us to bypass constraints often present when working at a conscious level so deeper work can be done.

As we move through life, we come into contact with energy both positive and negative. Sometimes this energy gets absorbed into our personal energy field, affecting us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. A remote spirit release clearing will identify and remove negative energy in a variety of forms, helping to clear and balance you on an energetic and spiritual level.
